The Bass Mekanik, one of the founders of bass music and a major influence on the currently hot Crunk sound, announces the release of "I Rock Bass" a 17 track release inspired by the Electro sounds that fueled the creation of his globally recognized alias. Always a fan of Dance and Electronica, The Bass Mekanik's inclusion of some of these elements in his own musical style have resulted in steady "crossover" interest from fans of both of these genres. The new sound of "I Rock Bass" emphasizes this crossover appeal and adds a hint of Rock to the mix. Frequent collaborator, DJ Billy E, comes along for the ride and adds his own touch of turntable funk to the blend. Key tracks: Bumperoni, LoJack & Bass Hits Low.
